KSEF Members: Preview the 24/25 HEAD Racing Line

Lara Gut-Behrami on Head Racing gear

As we gear up for the 2024/25 ski season, I am thrilled to share some exciting news with our Kirkwood Ski Education Foundation (KSEF) community. HEAD has once again proven its dominance in the Alpine Ski World Cup, and we have the opportunity to get a firsthand look at their latest innovations in race skis and boots.

HEAD's Impressive Lineup for 24/25

Building on a stellar performance last season, HEAD's World Cup Rebels secured numerous accolades, including Lara Gut-Behrami’s overall World Cup title and additional Crystal Globes in giant slalom and super-G. Cornelia Hütter added to the glory with her downhill Crystal Globe. With 17 podium-topping victories and a remarkable tally of second and third-place finishes, HEAD continues to lead the charge in alpine racing.

For the 2024/25 season, HEAD has introduced significant updates to their racing equipment, including:

  • NEW Sizesplits for Junior Race Skis:

    • WCR e.GS Rebel Team: Redesigned with new construction, sizes, and shapes.

    • WCR e.SL Rebel Team: Also featuring new construction, sizes, and shapes.

    • All WCR e-SL Rebel: Now with NEW “Speed Blue” Colored P-Tex 2000 HC Bases.

These enhancements are designed to provide our athletes with cutting-edge technology to maximize their performance on the slopes.

KSEF Pro Night: Partnering with Local and Regional Shops

We are excited to announce that KSEF will once again partner with local and regional ski shops to host a special KSEF Pro Night. This event will give our members an exclusive opportunity to preview and test the latest HEAD racing gear. Stay tuned for more details on the exact date and time as we approach the Labor Day holiday, which marks the unofficial start of our season.

I encourage all our members to take advantage of this opportunity to see and experience the latest in racing technology. Let’s continue to support each other and strive for excellence in the upcoming season.
