During the 142nd IOC Session in Paris, the French Alps' selection was a high point. President Emmanuel Macron himself led the delegation, backed by key regional leaders and the French Olympic and Paralympic Committees. The Games Delivery Guarantee, due by October 1, 2024, is the next big step to seal the deal.
