Entry Fee includes entry for approximately 4-5 events scheduled for every other Friday starting in late January, schedule TBA. Entry fees into the league will also include discounted appetizers and discounted beers at the awards ceremony hosted at the Cornice Pizza following the event from 5-7PM. Every racer must sign a release waiver prior to the first race. All team entry forms and release waivers need to be emailed or dropped off at the KSEF OR DISPATCH prior to the first race. If the competitor is an employee on the clock he/she will be expected to clock out and be out of uniform for their runs. This separation from work must be sanctioned by the supervisor, with work priorities taking precedence. · Race Dates: Tentatively scheduled for: January 15th , February 5th and 19th, March 5th and 19th . Race hill will be the Short Spoke following race team practice from 12-2:30pm. All competitors will be expected to take their two runs during this time. Race Rules will follow USSA race protocol. · Individual Standings: Fastest Three Alpine Skiers Men and Women, Fastest Three Snowboards and Men and Women. Racers can enter as a team or as an individual. To qualify as a team for the end-of-year-overall team prize the team must consist of min. 5 racers. · Team criteria: Teams of at least 4 no more than 7. Participants can be male/female, skier/snowboarder and both guests and employees are eligible to sign up on the same team. Team times will come from your four fastest racers. Not all racers need to race every week, but at least 4 will need a finishing result to qualify for seasonal awards. · Handicap: There will be no handicap results. · Prizes: Awards to the top three male/female racers in each category for each race. Additional random door prizes will be provided via a bib draw. Team prizes will be given for end of year overall team standings for the top three teams in each. Individual awards will be issued after every race for the fastest 3 men and women skier and snowboarder. As well as a season finale award (to be eligible must have a qualifying result from 4/5 or 3/4 (if only hold 4 events) races.
