For over four decades, the Kirkwood Ski Education Foundation has trained racers and all-mountain skiers on the most demanding and rewarding mountain in the Sierra. We are a race team. We are a community. And we are built on the belief that great coaching develops great athletes and great people.
FY26/27 is shaping up to be the biggest year in KSEF history. A new on-mountain race facility. A new partnership with Helly Hansen. Six programs spanning Jr. Devo through Masters. And a community of families, athletes, and coaches who show up for each other every day. We need coaches who want to be part of what we are building.
We are not looking for instructors. We are looking for coaches: mentors, leaders, and people who believe in the power of ski racing to develop young athletes into confident, resilient, and driven individuals. If you have a relentless commitment to athlete development and a desire to be part of a tight-knit, collaborative coaching staff on one of the most challenging mountains in the West, you belong here.

KSEF is a race team, and we are building something special for FY26/27: a new on-mountain race facility, a new Helly Hansen uniform partnership, and six programs from Jr. Devo through Masters. We need coaches who want to be part of it.

- Purpose-Built Infrastructure. For FY26/27, you will be coaching out of our new on-mountain race facility. A permanent home on the mountain designed for developing racers.
